In that case the default is "normal". In the paragraph property dialog box the option "Single" is shown, making it look like it is the default. However, when you change the line spacing to another option, save the document, reopen it and change back to "Single", the paragraph style will have the fo:line-height property with the value "100%". This is not the same as "normal", though it looks the same (it shouldn't, see also http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=116887). In fact it is not possible to turn back to the default line spacing option "normal". I think this option should be added to the list, because as soon as the user has touched line spacing it is no longer possible to revert to a consistent value across the document.
