I would agree to tono here that the include belongs into undo.hxx, since "I need to include some hxx file to make a forward-declared class known" is a pattern which most devs know, while "I need to include some hxx file to make a define actually usable" is, well, less usual. Even more so as in this particular case, devs working on some not-to-be-mentioned platform might be fooled into including the wrong file, and then wonder why the build breaks on other platforms ...
