The ODF 1.2 specification has to be transformed to XHTML using our OOO XHTML
XSLT export filter.

Michael Brauer and I have fixed several minor issues, the majors are to be
reviewed in this issues by testing a minimized specification I will attach:

1) In Chrome browser the content table index did not work
HOW TO TEST: Press on a link within the content table, it should jump into the
content and not to the directory the HTML is within

2) The list/heading numbering where not correct in same cases:
HOW TO TEST: In the end of the document there should be a heading called
"F.3.Interactive Sequence", previosly it was "F.2.Interactive Sequence".

3) The content table had no text for the Appendix
HOW TO TEST: At the end of the content table, there should be a reference to
"Appendix G. Changes From Previous Specification Versions (Non Normative)"
instead of earlier "Appendix G."
