2005 -------
I'm using the latest OO - 1.9.100 under win2K
I open my webpage (a local copy of eddie.com/index.html)for editing. I select
view/ html source, I change anything and unselect view/html to return the html
editor.
All the graphics become invalid.
for example my mugshot is modified from
<P ALIGN=CENTER><IMG SRC="mug.gif" NAME="Graphic1" ALIGN=BOTTOM VSPACE=10
WIDTH=150 HEIGHT=180 BORDER=0>
to
<P ALIGN=CENTER><IMG
SRC="/C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/eddie/Local%20Settings/Temp/svb9g.tmp/mug.gif"
NAME="Graphic1" ALIGN=BOTTOM VSPACE=10 WIDTH=150 HEIGHT=180 BORDER=0>
>
But this is not visible by viewing the HTML again for some reason.
The modification is visible if you save the file and view with notepad
or you reload into OO - but sometimes it seem to take a few goes.
The loss of images is immediate though and if you view the filename of the image
in OO it has changed from
file:///D:/webpages/eddiemcom/mug.gif
to
file:///C:/DOCUME~1/eddie/LOCALS~1/Temp/svck0.tmp/mug.gif

the name of the .tmp directory changes ie it was svb9g.tmp the first time and
svck0.tmp later.

This problem is not new to 1.9.100, I've seen it before in earlier versions.
