When clicking on a hyperlink (inserted in writer, calc etc) that contains an "&"
a truncated URL is given to the browser.

Example:
- create a new text document.
- insert a hyperlink e. g.
"http://www.ooo-portal.de/index.php?module=pnForum&func=viewtopic&topic=1519";
- click on the just created hyperlink

-> behaviour: the default browser (konqueror) opens the truncated URL
"http://www.ooo-portal.de/index.php?module=pnForum";

-> expected: the default browser (konqueror) opens the complete URL
"http://www.ooo-portal.de/index.php?module=pnForum&func=viewtopic&topic=1519";

Is this a shell problem, as the & is specially treated by the bash? What is
OpenOffice doing, when clicking on a http://-link?
