The bad RPATH may lead to several minutes(!!!!) delay while loading an XML
Office document in case
/net/jumbo.germany/sol1/SRC680/src/libxmlsec/unxlngi6.pro/misc/build/xmlsec1-1.2.6/src/.libs
(this is the value RPATH currently has) is not available.
In run into delays of up to 10 minutes (during the time office seems to be dead
- no repaints) in my work-from-home environment in case I'm connected to
intranet using vpnclient.
Because this is really annoying and because the fix is trivial, I set the target
for this task to OOo 2.0.
