How to reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. goto Format->Page->Text Grid
3. click Grid(lines and characters)
4. enter 15 in Lines per page
5. click 'Characters per line
then entered 15 becomes 10
User can not understand why Writer automatically change entered value.
If this is not a bug, then Help needs to have explanation at least.
