I can reproduce the crash in build 1.9.100, generated May 3rd. So either it's the same bug but only partially fixed, the patch hadn't been committed yet for 1.9.100, or there are several bugs affecting this same panel - build 1.9.100 for Windows doesn't crash anymore, but displays HUGE fonts for slides numbering in slides pane (size 144 or something).
