Well that a 'no' and 'yes'.
That string is obtained by asking the specific linguistic components for the
name they are to be referred to.
Though the interface provides means for specifiying a language for the string to
be returned it is completely up to the implementation to do this or to just
return at least an English text.
Also since the concept of this dialog is to manage pluggable components that may
be added or removed to the Office at any it is basically not to be known what
strings will be displayed. The only one who knows this is the writer of the
specific implementation. And be aware since the text is obtained from a plugable
component it might in general not be the case that the source of that component
belongs to our source code at all! Also the one writing the code may not have
translation for that text available in all the languages we use.
Thus I find the idea of translating those strings somewhat contradicting the
concept of those plugable components that are also required to return a string
to be used in UI.
On the other hand since the above mentioned texts are all obtained from the OOo
default linguistic and also since the source code of this is available to us it
might easily be done for those three components. Kevin would have just to
retrieve those strings from a resource that will be available for translation.
I think this is kind of a request for enhancement of about priority 4 or 5 if it
is to be done at all.
BTW: In Star Office we simply display the product name for all three modules,
and this also results in only displaying a single entry for all modules.
