String "Auto-increment statement" in step 2 of Table Wizard is truncated in De,
Es, Fr, It, PtBr and also in English. More space is necessary for the string,
especially because of PtBr translation ("Incrementar automaticamente a
instruÃÃo" is the longest one of all mentioned languages).
To reproduce:
1. launch the Table Wizard
2. move any field with "ID" in its name from Available fields to Selected fields
(for example "AssetID")
3. click on Next - the Wizard proceeds to Step 2 -> the affected string is
located in the right part of the window
Note: This bug can be reproduced on JDS/Linux and on JDS/Solaris in all
languages listed above. Other systems might use a smaller font by default (like
Windows do) so the bug might not exist there in some languages.
