Eike,

Yet a new corrected patch. I have realised that it did not make sense to create
new date formats, but to apply [NatNum1] to the standard ones, because it does
not make sense to have in the standard ones the name of the month in Khmer (in
Khemr the abreviation for the month is the month number) and the numbers in
English. We figure this one out while translating the templates.

Please find a new patch that I hope will be the last one for 2.0
