They also share the same SwTblBoxFmt - looks like these shared formats come from the xml filter. If we insert text into b3, the number format of the SwTblBoxFmt is changed to 'text' (see issue 48913). Since the SwTblBoxFmt is shared, the number format for b4 will also be set to 'text'.
