This bug still happens in m100. To test it, please do (in win or linux):
1. Open OO.o Writer
2. Display Drawing toolbar: View > Toolbars > Drawing
3. Display page preview of the document: File > Page Preview
4. Close preview
Result: the drawing toolbar is hidden again and you must reopen it to keep
drawing (which can be *really* annoying if you're retouching some drawing!).
