When a spreadsheet with relative links is exported through an identity
transformation rather then through the XHTML transformation, the relative links
are written out correctly.
Svante, maybe the way that the XHTML transform handles the base URI isn't
optimal in this case, since it seems to prefix the sourceBaseURI to the relative
links
