The Gentium font works here (with a recent SRC680m9x), Nachlieli too, of course.
That there are problems with Hebrew for the Serto Jerusalem font is
understandable because this Syriac font doesn't support Hebrew.
Anyway, it looks to me that the only real problem here was the PDF export with
the Gentium font and for OOo SRC680m9x and Gentium>=101 the status is
WORKSFORME.
