Fixed by removing support for the zoom related slot ids
SID_ATTR_ZOOM
SID_ZOOM_IN
SID_ZOOM_OUT
SID_ZOOM_PREV
SID_ZOOM_NEXT
SID_SIZE_REAL
SID_SIZE_ALL
SID_SIZE_PAGE
as well as by ignoring CTRL+mouse wheel.
This includes not updating the zoom scale in the status bar.
