Thus, the second |load| call returns silently, without doing anything. If you uncomment the first load call, the test succeedes. The behaviour of |load| returning silently if the form is already loaded has always been this way, and makes sense for various reasons. However, I adjusted the documentation of XLoadable to explicitly describe this behavior.
