I don't know if this is the rigth place/release. So I'll begin with
this information first:

Linux (gentoo openoffice-bin)
Version 1.9.104 pt_BR (pt_PT not available yet)
The problem still occurs using it with LANG=en.
Component: Chart on a calc spreadsheet.

Suppose a line (calc) with the following values
     400 450 600
Inserting a chart with these values causes a min value for the
Y scale of 0 and max of 600.
I can not change none of these values to for example
300 and/or 700!
