MAV->TBE: During replacement image generation sfx2 (
"SfxObjectShell::GetPreviewMetaFile()" method ) creates a virtual device,
connects a new metafile to it, and draws the document to this device.
This also happens during copying to clipboard. Thus another scenario to
reproduce the problem is to copy the bitmaps from the document to clipboard and
paste them as GDI metafile. The last problem is reproducible even if the
document is not embedded.
