Eike,

formatindex 21 is there, and it is type medium with default to true. Maybe it
does not like [NatNum1]

<FormatElement msgid="DateFormatskey7" default="true" type="medium" usage="DATE"
formatindex="21">
<FormatCode>[NatNum1]YYYY/MM/DD</FormatCode>
<DefaultName></DefaultName>
</FormatElement>

Subir,

You only need one medium value to be default=true. The problem is that there
were none because 21 is not recognised. Now you have eliminated the [numNat1]
from 21, but have put all of type medium dates to default=true. You should put
all of them except 21 back to false.
