------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Jun 2 13:24:06 -0700 2005 ------- Opened in Openoffice Build 1.9.m104 very large MSWord file. Size 46 MB, 1218 pages ~450 screenshots, few hundred tables. The file took ~47 minutes to open. Peak Virtual mem was about 1.8 GB, peak mem was ~300MB. Trying to "Save As". Click on File->SaveAs. The menu closes, but save as dialog does not appear. By some coaching (do not remember detail, mabe just using regular Save) dialog appears giving me yes/no choice and explanation that yes measn saveing in MSWord, No means saving without potential loss of formatting and such. At that moment Openoffice crashed which is subject of another report (to be created in few minutes). I can repeat the operation if you provide instructions what to look for, save debug info ...
