Sorry,

but this is not a bug.

YOu've used relative references and these will be altered according to it's
position, in this case they will go 1 respectivly 2 lines up and a column to the
left from the curent position. This results in an #REF Error. 

as all the other Spreadsheets I know work in the same way, I close this Issue as
invalid.
