"Lucida sans" seems to be free and contains all mathematical Unicode characters
useful to maths except "Mathematical alphanumeric symbols". In fact, the most
useful mathematical alphanumeric symbols are in Letterlike chart, not in
"Mathematical alphanumeric symbols" chart.
Moreover, Lucida sans contains cyrillic. Remember Russia is one of the better
countries for maths. Is also has extended arabic, so that you can write 5 out of
the 6 U.N. official languages (and many others) with this font.
