Here comes the problem: OOo's Base behaviour is different if I save the table. This is what happens if I DONT save the table: 6[without saving]) right click on department --> insert rows it works, a blank, empty line appears between "firstname" and "department" This is what happens if I DO save the table: 6[saving]) save the table 7) right click on department --> insert rows this time does not work. No blank line between "firstname" and "department". The cursor is on the fourth field,i.e. the first empty field.
