SBA->OD: As seen:
 - Load bugdoc (61 pages, containing 30 page-anchored text frames)
 - Launch Navigator <F5>
 - In Navigator, expand "Text frame"
-> After a while (scrolling down the document seems to speed it up), a handful
of text frames get greyed out (as if they were anchored to page styles that are
not in use).

On my machine, the text frames "Verzeichnis 017", "~019", "~021", "~023",
"~025", "~029" are affected. When I export the file with 680m106 to .sxw format
and load it in OOo 1.1.4, they also vanish sometimes (...this seems to depend on
"some" minor changes before saving as .sxw.)

To have an overview how the document is structured (i.e. frames on odd pages
only), go to File-Page Previev and set multiple pages, i.e. "4x8".
