The text label in the 'Selection' part of the Paste Special dialog box may
confuse some users as it refers to the text part of the cell as a String.

The dialog referred to above may be shown by performing the following actions:
1. Copy any cell in a sheet.
2. Choose Edit > Paste Special ...
