2005 -------
When used in regular text the font size of a formula automatically follows the
size of the previous text. However, I have found two exceptions in non-regular 
text:

1. a formula in a table will not follow the font size of the previous text in
the table
2. The same happens for formulas in footnotes.

This should be resolved as it results in odd sizing of fomrulas relative to 
text.
