Creating an index entry using a concordance file results in an extra space in
the document just before the entry. If the entry falls on the left margin of
the page, the extra space will appear at the right margin of the previous line,
which causes a ragged right margin even when justification is enabled.

To reproduce the problem, enter several lines of text without line or paragra[h
breaks, having a unique word appearing at the beginning of any line after the
first. Set the paragraph style to justified (flish right margin). Create a
concordance (.sdi) file with one line:

word;word;;;YES;YES

where "word" is the unique word from above. Now, insert an alphabetical index
into the document based on the new .sdi file. If field shadings are enabled,
you will see a blue-grey rectangle at the right margin above the indexed term,
and the margin at that point will not appear flush.

A document displaying this problem is enclosed, along with a .sdi file.
