Automated test: filedlg/filedlg_filenames2.bas/tSaveReservedNamesWin

According to Microsoft's documentation the filename "CLOCK$" is a reserved
filename.
It is undeletable via Explorer, yet OpenOffice.org can save files of this name.

Reproduction:
- Save a document, name it "CLOCK$"

The result is:
a) The file is saved
b) An errormessage is displayed: "The file already exists, overwrite?"

Correct behavior should be:
a) File is not saved
b) Messagebox: "File could not be saved"
