Bitmaps of Impress templates should be set explicitly as background bitmaps if
they cover the whole background.

Some of the Impress templates have bitmaps that cover the background completely
are not set explicitly as background bitmaps. Together with a background color
that does not match the general tone of the bitmap at all this can lead to
problems with text editing: the edit enginge uses the color of the background
(for example white in the case of 'blue fluid', 'blue weaver', blue noise') and
the text color (also white in these three templates) while text is being edited.
This white text on white background is quite hard to read.

Setting the bitmaps explicitly as background bitmaps solves this problem (at
least for the three templates mentioned above).
