dvo: There was a problem that when inserting the AutoText, the graphics
sub-storage was opened READWRITE, which was denied because other READ-accesses
where still in progress. This is changed now to only use READWRITE when actual
writing is required.

dvo->sba: During debugging, I encountered a second problem, which currently I
can't reproduce anymore, but where I'm not sure if it is actually fixed. The
problem is that the AutoText shortcut is automatically capitalized and used for
the storage name. In some circumstances this seemed to cause problems, maybe
because the capitalization isn't done consistently. In this case, an AutoText
with short-cut "A" would work, while "a" wouldn't. As I said, I'm not sure about
this, and currently I can't reproduce it. But please have a look at this.
Thanks.
