We don't own it as a machine so we're not free to install whatever OS we want. Nonetheless we are looking forward to have some virtualization capabilities. As for the CMS, we don't want to host a web site like OOoAuthors. It will be a server used for localization of OOo, through two tools, Pootle and Marani. Because of this one mailing list will be enough. Localization discussions and related work shall stay on http://l10n.openoffice.org and the NLC. For the domain name: We have set up an aliased DNS system allowing access from services.ooo or http://dev.arsaperta.org or even bozo.openoffice.fr if we want.
