Known problem which occurs only if the windows system file-open / save as -
dialog is used.Doesn´t occur when using our own dialgs
(tools/options/OpenOffice/general). The windows system dialog locks the
directory where the last file was opened from or stored within. This occurs in
every application which uses these dialogs, not OpenOffice only ( eg. WordPad).
So this is not really an OpenOffice bug/issue/problem but might be fixed somehow
in the future. Duplicate of #21747 (see comments of tra and hro).
