As Regina mentioned, this only happens when using the native Filedialog. With
OO's own Filedialog, the real http-link will be used.
I have the suspicion that Windows gives back this local file address (a hint
could be the fact, that it is stored in ...\Temporary Internet
Files\content.IE5\...) because IE5 is indication for Internet Explorer 5. All
file access through native FileDialog will be done via Operating System.
I will clear this out with Development.
