And while you hesitate you also inhibit users of Quattro Pro and Excel to migrate to StarOffice/OpenOffice.org. I'm sorry to repeat myself but ignoring a DEFECT for the benefit of a few locale confused people compared to securing the integrity and trustworthiness of the spreadsheet cannot be an option. Therefore you must kill the assumption that pasted content is en_US for the coming release.
