I would like to see 1, possibly 2, new buttons in the "Paste Special" and "Delete Contents" dialogue boxes. "Clear All" and "Select All". Usually when using Paste Special, I only want to choose one of the available options, so have to deselect each option in turn, leaving only the one I want. A "Clear All" button would mean many fewer clicks (time) required. I am happy for it to remember this during the session. If it was to be remembered across sessions then I think a "Select All" (excluding "Paste All") button could further reduce clicks if a number of options (but not all) were then required.
