Short description
-----------------
If you open the "file > open"-window and press F5, then the file-structure is
refreshed.

Example senario
---------------
1. Create a new folder in your home-directory with any file explorer, doesn't
matter how (examle: Konqueror).

2. Create new OOo writer file, doesn't matter how (examle: "file > new > text
document").

3. Save document with "file > save".

4. The save-window pops up.

5. Browse to your home-directory (where you created the new folder).

6. Delete folder you created in step 1.

7. Press F5 to refresh the file-structure. (this is posible after the feature is
implemented)

This is already possible in most file-browsers (Explorer (win) and
Konqueror(Linux)).
