Operations on master slides that are not yet assigned to any particular actual
slide in the presentation, are applied to wrong master slide (the default one,
or maybe the last used of those that were attached to an actual slide).

1. Start a Presentation Wizard.
2. Choose Empty presentation on the first page
3. Select an "original" design on the second page
4. Click "Create"
5. Choose View/Master/Slide Master from the main menu
6. Right-click on the slide pane, choose "New Master"
7. Left-click on the newly created master slide ("Default 1")
8. Right-click on the newly created master slide ("Default 1") and select
"Rename master"
9. A "Rename Slide" dialog box appears, suggesting name "Slide 1" (note that the
suggested - or preexisting - name is always taken from the presentation slide,
not the master slide, as the name of the option would imply)
10. Type "abc" instead, and click OK
11. The first master slide's (and not the newly created one's) name is replaced.
12. In other words, the slide names are: first slide - abc, second (new,
supposed to be renamed) - Default 1

The faulty operation is not limited to Rename Slide - all the style operations
(like changing background style) are applied to the default style even when
Default 1 is currently selected.

All those options start working properly once a new slide (not a master slide)
is created, and it is assigned the new (Default 1) master slide with Slide
design function.

Create an empty presentation with default style (the Original one, without fancy
backgrounds)
