Are you sure that you have written the date with a minus? Using a slash leads to
the wrong date.
On my system I have no problems. When I enter 05-06-23 into a cell, which is
formated as YY-MM-DD, it is really 23. june 2005. My system is WinXP Home German
and OOo1.9.104.
