ssa->os: During destruction of SwNavigationPI two itemwindows that were
previously inserted in the contenttoolbox are deleted but the pointers are not
removed from the toolbox. Later the focus comes into the toolbox which then
accesses the dead window pointers.
You have to remove the items from the toolbox when the windows are destroyed
(eg, by calling aContentToolBox.Clear()).
