It appears that the xml streams (styles.xml and content.xml) have repeated definitions like: xmlns:fo="urn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns:xsl-fo-compatible:1.0" To repare your files, you can unzip them and, in the styles.xml and content.xml, delete every multiple occurence of this string. Only 1 occurrence of this string per element (AFAIK it only affect the <paragraph-properties> tag) is valid.
