This style is in use particularly by organisations such as: International Red Cross -> http://www.ifrc.org/publicat/commsguide/html/Extras/Style%20appendix.pdf International Telecommunication Union -> http://www.itu.int/sg-conf/general/styleguide.doc World Trade Organization -> http://members.wto.org/txt/english/bible.htm A language tag exists for the style: http://www.iana.org/assignments/lang-tags/en-GB-oed It is based on British English but using internationally preferred spellings where alternatives exist. A dictionary package en_GB-oed.zip comprising: en_GB-oed.dic en_GB-oed.aff README_en_GB-oed.txt is being submitted for inclusion as an optional English dictionary for OOo.
