2005 -------
A tiny bug exists in "Picture" dialog, under "Picture" tab :
- Insert a picture with a non-symetrtic alpha channel (that is to say not a
sqaure nor a disc ;) )
- Right-click on it
- Go to "Picture" tab
- Play with "Flip Horizontally / Vertically" : the control on the right that
shows the preview is not cleared, so you can see previous image under ther
flipped one.

If you force clearing & redrawing by placing a window over the preview and then
setting the focus back to it, it is ok.

I think a simple clearing of the control before displaying the flipped image
would be ok.
