Opening the PDF in Acrobat Reader 7.0.1 and reading all the pages is fine. Try to print the PDF from Acrobat and it fails. The .doc and .pdf can be found included in this zip file http://www.lbdsoftware.com/xmitip536.zip (you can ignore the rest).
