It is only 400 kb in size. I was asked to select what file type it was. Neither mpg or mpeg was in the list, so I tried both types under "Other". In both cases I received the response that: "You must select a legal mime type. 'mpeg' is not a leagal mime type." I feel like I am hitting my head against a wall. The last time I wanted to send a file it was too big, had to be under 1 meg. This is under 1 meg, but I still can't send it. I know this file is ok. I have played it under Windows media player.
