( eg the OOo site complety ignores that you have to unpack the .exe and gives no instructions as to where to put it. Putting it in a Windows directory does not work ) I have however downloaded 2x with the same problem. Error 1305 - Essentially it can not find the .msi file. I have attached a screen shot of the error message for your delight. Curiously I have been downloading versions of OO now for about a year adn this one is the first to fail.
