After left-to-right selection of text on which to perform a right-click menu
operation, performing the right-click without moving the mouse once the
selection is complete "misses" the selected text, causing the selection to be
lost and the menu without cut/copy to appear. In order to make this work, the
mouse must be moved back over the selected text after the select operation
before right-clicking. This is an annoyance more than a bug. Version 1.1.x did
not require this move-back operation; it was sufficient to select
(right-to-left), then right-click from the end-point of the selection.

OpenOffice 1.9.109 on RHEL4.
