No, it is NOT a problem in the import filter.
just open the document in MS Word. There you will see little dots under these
notes. This indicaces "hidden text" in MS Word. Select a note in Word and open
dialog Format.Font and see the "hidden text" box activated there.
In Tools.Options.View, activate the "Hidden Text" option in "Formatting Marks"
section. Now you also can enable/disable the notes via non-printing characters
in MS Word. Just the same as it works in OO Writer.
