Found in ver 1.9.113 (this isn't in the 'Found in version' list).

Floating toolbars don't 'get out of the way' when you move the cursor under
them. E.g. in Writer:
 * Create a doc with some bullet points.
 * By default, the Bullets and Numbering toolbar appears floating
when you move the cursor into the bullet text.
 * Scroll the doc (using the scrollbar) so there's a bullet point under
   the Bullets and Numbering toolbar.
 * Use the arrow keys to move the cursor to that bullet point
 * It's possible to lose the cursor under the toolbar.

The toolbar should temporarily move if the cursor is placed 'under' it and then
move back to its original position when the cursor moves away.
