FME: This loop can happen under some rare circumstances: there have to be >= 3
paragraphs which keep together and the first paragraph has an object anchored to
it which is set to 'page wrap'. This situation at the bottom of a page can cause
a loop. After the positioning of the object the formatting of the anchor and the
keeping paragraphs isn't correct because of some missing invalidaitons (invalid
pos of next due to position change).
After discussing this with OD and MRU we agree that this is a rare condition and
too risky to fix for OOo 2.x. Therefore we suggest to set the target to 'OOo
later'
